The school is a subsidiary of East Midlands Christian Fellowships (EMCF), a company limited by guarantee and a registered charity. The leaders of the church are responsible for the oversight of the school but the school governors, comprising staff, church leaders and parents are delegated to run the school.
The school’s finances are overseen by the board of directors (trustees) of EMCF. The running expenses of the school are financed by the fees, although the school receives a significant subsidy from the church.
Children between the ages of three and five are eligible for the Nursery Grant administered through the local authority, which covers most of the cost of five sessions. The Early Years Unit is open for five full days and extra sessions can be added at the appropriate fee per session.
Wherever possible we try not to exclude any child on the grounds of finance. Parents facing difficulty in paying the fees are invited to apply for assistance in respect of the forthcoming year by completing the appropriate form by April 1st. Please ask if you wish to do this.
